This is a course for anyone new to VEX EDR, or the VEXcode software. We look at the functions of all the hardware components and some construction techniques, before getting to know the new software from VEX Robotics. We explore both VEXcode V5 Blocks and VEXcode V5 Text in this course. After doing this course, you’ll know your way around the software and will be able to write basic programs to make the robot drive and turn. You’ll also know how to save a Vision Sensor color signature and use it to control the robot.
This course will be free for one day (Depending on where on Earth you call home), until end of day on November 30, 2019.
